HOW TO MAKE A CROSS WORD USING ECLIPSE CROSSWORD

Eclipse crossword is a software to make a crossword easily. This software can help the teacher to make a creative teaching. And this is the tutorial for using this software.

 Open the EclipseCrossword software. If you do not have the EclipseCrossword yet. You can download it at http://www.eclipsecrossword.com.

 Ø  This is the first view of the application, there are two options are available. Just choose the first one to make a new crossword. Then click next.

this view will appear after passing the first step. Just click the first choice “ Let me create a word lists from scratch now” to make the list of word and the clue for each word.

Fill the first box with the word, and the second box for the clue. Then click “ add word to list”. Minimally you have to add two words and the clues.

 Ø  After entering the words and the clues as many as you want, click next

Click yes if this picture appear

    Give the name of the file, and choose the folder where you want to place it. Then click save

   Give a name of the crossword in the first box and your name in the second box. Then click next

    You can decide how big the puzzle to be ( letter wide and letter tall). Click next.

    This is the preview of the crossword. Click next.

now, choose whether you want to save cross word, print crossword, save as a web page, or publish crossword

If you choose “save crossword” this view will appear, give the name of the file, then click save.

 This is the preview if you choose “save as a web page”

If you choose “print crossword”, checklist what you want to print, then click “print everything checked above”
